Pliē Shapewear's journey began in 2019.
Monica was on an impromptu family trip with her 2-year-old in tow and her second baby on the way. As her belly grew bigger, she found herself searching for maternity wear — because spontaneous trips often mean ill-prepared packing.
What she was looking for turned out to be hard to find. She wanted something supportive for her back, something breathable that looked the part.
Thankfully a friend introduced her to Pliē and the rest was history.
What We Believe: Confidence should know no borders.
Living her day-to-day as a busy mum, Monica set out to bring Pliē Shapewear to more women in October 2020 — a true family affair from the start. It’s the same shapewear that’s been helping millions of women globally live their best kind of beautiful.
And Monica did it.
