We post Monday to Friday and dispatch orders the next business day, except for new releases and sales that might take us a little bit longer.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Please note that couriers might experience shipping delays for reasons that is beyond our knowledge as a seller.
If a delivery is rejected due to customer error and returned to us, we can arrange a redelivery. However please note that an additional shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.
In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Pliē can assist to contact the courier to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. Pliē can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse.

- You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed. Once an order is in the processing stage, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
- Upon canceling your order you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 5 business days
- You will be charged a cancellation fee at a flat rate of $3.00

- All online prices DO NOT cover overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges, and other potential customs or import fees.
- Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in the delivery cost.

- We regret to inform you that no reimbursement will be offered for international duties and handling charges.
- Please note that Pliē Australia does not provide assistance in this process.

Return Policy
We want you to enjoy everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from purchase to initiate a return. Simply return the unworn, unwashed products (try-on is okay) in its original condition including packaging, within 30-days with all tags intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Full-Priced Items:
You may return these items for a Pliē Store Credit (valid for 3 years) or receive a full refund for the item(s) excluding 15 AUD handling and restocking fee.
You are not eligible for refund if you just simply change your mind.
Sale & Promotional Items:
Items purchased on Sale or during a promotion or purchased with a discount code are eligible only for return in exchange for Pliē Store Credit (valid for 3 years).

1. Visit our Return Portal to select the item(s) you'd like to return and provide a reason for each return.

2. Once you click “Submit Return,” you will receive a prepaid return label.
3. Prepare your item(s):
Ensure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached.
Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
4. Attach your prepaid shipping label:
Download and print the return label.
Tape it securely to the parcel, ensuring the barcode remains visible.
5. Send your return:
Drop off your parcel at nearest Post Office.
6. Confirmation:
Watch for an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund or store credit is processed.

- Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, with a 15 AUD handling and restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Sale items (items from Sale Collection, items purchased in Sale/ temporary promotions, such as Birthday Sale) can only be returned for PLIĒ Store Credit.
- Original shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
- Orders paid with PLIĒ Store Credit or Gift Vouchers will be refunded as Plie Store Credit only.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

- If a return for refund is processed against your order, resulting in the order value falling under the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the gift, you will be required to return the free gift alongside your return items for us to process your refund. Please return items unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days.
